Special Teleconference on SEC Family Office Ruling

Overview

The SEC issued its final rule that defines family offices. The rule defines the requirements for a family office to be excluded from registration under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. This rule stems from the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumers Protection Act. See the official SEC ruling.

FOX held a special teleconference to help you understand the ruling and how it impacts your family office or the offices you serve as well as to give you the exclusive ability to ask questions from our experts. FOX has partnered with the Private Investor Coalition (PIC) once again to bring you breaking news. Members of the PIC team have been on the ground in Washington advocating for family offices and will be able to provide you with the best information available.
