Council Membership

FOX Family Enterprise Councils connect you with other family leaders for advice, global ideas, and FOX guidance to make sure that you are asking the right questions.

  • There are four FOX Family Enterprise Councils based in Europe, Australia, Nashville, and Miami, as well as the FOX Owner/Operator Council.
  • A Council membership provides 20-25 peers with whom you can share experiences, get ideas, and develop trusted relationships.
  • You will learn how other families successfully deal with the issues you are facing.

Core Membership

Belonging to FOX helps answer your questions and provides guidance for improving the planning for your family enterprise. 

  • Connection— you can get answers, suggestions, and recommendations from people who have experienced the issues you are dealing with--in person at FOX events and online through our 24/7 FOXChat™ online discussion board.
  • Guidance—You will have a relationship manager as your point person at FOX who has worked with dozens of families and can share solutions and resources, and arrange introductions, as appropriate.
  • Learning— Stay up to date through bi-weekly webinars, regularly scheduled Family Enterprise workshops, and our Global Owners Forum, along with our online Knowledge Center built from over 25 years of experience and collective wisdom from FOX members.

Advisory and Education Services

Families are seeking to integrate and coordinate different elements of the family enterprise including two or more of the following: (1) interest in an operating company (or original source of the wealth), (2) investible assets across diverse asset classes, (3) philanthropic efforts, and (4) measures to increase family cohesion and better joint decision-making.

FOX enterprise consulting projects include:

  • Enterprise organizational design and long-term planning (visioning / history mapping)
  • Family education programs and development of the next generation
  • Development of governance structures and design and facilitation family meetings
  • Leadership / succession for the family enterprise
  • Family unity program to better align goals and values of wealth owners
