Personal Assessment for Resilience and Growth in Disruptive Times

Below is a link to the personal assessment that will be used for our closing session, Resilience and Growth in Disruptive Times, on Thursday June 25, featuring Nick Petrie. Nick is the author of Work Without Stress: Building a Resilient Mindset for Lasting Success.

Please take a quick moment to complete the survey prior to Thursday so that you have your results available for Nick’s session.

Once you complete the survey, your results will be provided to you directly, FOX will not have access to them.

Instructions for completing the Challenge of Change Profile assessment:

1. Access the Profile via the Workskills Centre website:  www.challengeofchange.co.uk
   We recommend you paste the link into internet browser, and access the profile via computer, not smart phone.
2. On the home page, click on “Secure Login.”
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the “Welcome” page and register under “Participant Registration” with your email address, the access code emailed to you in the FOX Event details email (also available in the forum portal), and create a password where it prompts for “Password”.
4. Click on “Register” to take you to the The Challenge of Change Profile questionnaire and click “Start” to begin.
   Note: You must take the questionnaire in one sitting, or you must restart. It is compiled of true/false questions and should take less  than ten minutes to complete.
5. Do not spend long thinking about a question – the idea is to respond as you would typically behave for each one. Once you have completed all questions, click “Submit” to receive your scores online.

  You will also receive your scores automatically via email.  If you do not receive your scores, please check your spam. 

  If needed, you can log back into the website (see below) to obtain your scores via the Dashboard. 

NOTE: The Challenge of Change assessments are the intellectual property of the Workskills Centre (WSC) and may not be used for training or assessment purposes by anyone other than Dr. Derek Roger or accredited associates approved by him. 

To return to your account in the future, visit https://profile.challengeofchange.co.uk and login using your email address and password. If you attend another workshop and receive a new access code, you can enter this in the “Add Workshop” section at the bottom of the Dashboard. This will provide you with access to any additional scales.
