Rena Greifinger
Design Thinking and Philanthropy Expert, Senior Project Lead, MaverickNext

Rena Greifinger is an energetic, creative and seasoned public health activist with 15 years of experience leading programs to improve the lives of adolescents and youth around the world. She has lived and/or worked in over 20 countries and U.S. cities, on a range of initiatives spanning research, program design and delivery, communications, and advocacy. Rena leads MaverickNext, an initiative of PSI's Maverick Collective.

MaverickNext is a movement of emerging leaders who are accelerating social impact through transformative models of philanthropy. In collaboration with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and a circle of peers, next generation philanthropists help PSI revolutionize girls' and women's health through a hands-on funding and fellowship program. Prior to launching MaverickNext, Mr. Greifinger spent five years as PSI’s Global Youth & Girls Advisor. She led the organization's work in design-thinking and private sector approaches to adolescent health, playing a lead role in its flagship project Adolescents 360.

Ms. Greifinger has published and presented extensively on adolescent health globally. In 2009, she published a World Health Organization report on the psychosocial needs of adolescents living with HIV, inspiring her to start an award-winning program that builds leadership, life-skills and mentoring support for young people living with HIV in the U.S. She has served as Chair of the Youth, Health and Rights Coalition and the Coalition for Adolescent Girls, and currently sits on the board of Next Step.

Ms. Greifinger holds a Master’s of Science from the Harvard School of Public Health.

Jill Shipley
Family Education Expert

Jill Shipley is a Managing Director at Abbot Downing who strives to identify families’ wealth objectives and develop long range strategies critical to sustaining wealth over generations. As part of Abbot Downing’s Family Dynamics and Education Practice, Ms. Shipley helps families clarify family and individual values, enhance communication, plan for transitions, engage in shared philanthropy and prepare heirs. Overall, she is focused on the preservation and continued development of the qualitative aspects of a client family’s wealth.

Prior to joining Abbot Downing, Ms. Shipley served as the Director of Family Education at GenSpring Family Offices leading the firm’s efforts to prepare family members for life with wealth. She pioneered the development of interactive educational programming and facilitated multigenerational family meetings focused on enhancing family cohesiveness, celebrating and capturing family legacy, and building family member competencies. Before GenSpring, She co-developed the country’s first academic major in Family Business at Stetson University and was an adjunct professor teaching family business courses.

Ms. Shepley was awarded the 2014 Family Wealth Report Award for being the Rising Star in the family wealth management industry. She is a noted speaker on the topic of family wealth and has been quoted in such publications as the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s Penta, Trust & Estate Magazine, and Financial Advisor Magazine. Ms. Shipley is certified as a meeting facilitator as a Creative Wealth International Coach and is qualified to administer the DiSC and Myers Briggs Type Indicator. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s of Business Administration degrees from Stetson University.

Whitney Webb
Education Advisor, Launch-Generation

Whitney Webb has been working with kids, teens, and young adults since 2012 in the areas of financial, philanthropic, and entrepreneurial education. Most recently, she was the Director of Operations at Independent Means, a private company educating and preparing families for the responsibilities and challenges of wealth transfer. She was the lead trainer with 30+ families and the director of global programs including Camp Start-Up and Fashion and Finance. Ms. Webb is the co-founder of Launch Generation, which produces unconventional summer programs for teenagers focused on entrepreneurship, leadership and financial literacy.

Prior to her work in financial education, Ms. Webb was a Kiva Fellow in Kigali, Rwanda where she worked to strengthen partnerships and increase the reach of microfinance through employee training and industry research. She graduated from the University of Florida and began her career with Porter Orlin hedge fund in New York City, where she performed investment research for the managing director, Alex Porter.

Ms. Webb has led several volunteer educational programs including financial literacy training in Cambodia and Rwanda and led and developed a parallel conference track for teens and kids of delegates at Opportunity Collaboration, an international convening of leaders in social change and innovation. She is currently a board member and volunteer business mentor at Youth Interactive, a non-profit teen center in Santa Barbara working to promote leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Ms. Webb is an advisor for the Ruth and Hal Launder's charitable trust located in Herndon, Virginia. She has been a speaker and panelist at the FOX Wealth Advisor Forum™, Youth Philanthropy Connect Conference, and the Hawaii Tax Institute.

Heather Abramson
Senior Relationship Manager

Heather Asher Abramson is a senior relationship manager for Family Office Exchange (FOX). Part of the FOX family office team, she provides a variety of member services and supports the specific needs for family business-owning members. Heather is also a member of the FOX member development team and assesses the needs of prospective FOX members by helping them achieve their goals.

Before joining FOX in 2008, Heather served as strategic marketing and events manager at Aon Corporation for seven years. While at Aon, Heather planned and executed more than 100 large-scale events and created the marketing and project execution for Aon’s South America Division. Earlier, she worked on Capitol Hill for a U.S. senator and in the foreign policy department at a lobbying organization. She also has previous experience working in a Chicago-based family office.

Heather has a bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations/advertising and political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She graduated with honors from DePaul University with a master’s degree in organizational and multi-cultural communications.

Amy Hart Clyne
Executive Director

Amy Hart Clyne is Executive Director of the Knowledge Center for Family Office Exchange (FOX), supporting the firm’s extensive global community of ultra-wealthy families and advisors. Her effort is concentrated on knowledge acquisition, development, management and distribution. Focused on transforming creative, best practice and innovative ideas into practical solutions, Amy collaborates with all of the teams within FOX to ensure that the firm’s collective learning is used to enhance existing member relationships, attract new members, and support the work of the consulting practice. Amy is also responsible for program design and development at FOX including all forums, events and webinars. She is actively engaged in FOX strategic planning, relationship management, marketing and research planning, sales and training meetings, member events and workshops, and new product launch.

Amy joined Family Office Exchange in 2012. Over the prior dozen years, she has worked as a consultant to some of the country’s leading private wealth management firms and private family foundations. Previously, Amy was appointed Global Marketing Director of The Chase Manhattan Private Bank for seven years. Prior to joining Chase, Amy worked in Marketing and Training at Bankers Trust Private Bank and previously served as a Portfolio Manager for Lehman Management Company for six years, in the ultra-wealthy individual area.

Amy received her MBA in Marketing from the Columbia Business School in New York, and her BA degree cum laude in International Affairs from Colgate University. She is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and holds an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designation. Amy lives in New York with her family.
