Dexter Blackwell, Relationship Manager, Eton Advisors, LP
Dexter serves as a Relationship Manager for several multi-family office clients and will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation and monitoring of their service plans. He is a Certified Public Accountant and brings international tax and accounting expertise to the team. Previously, Dexter served as an International Tax Consultant at Deloitte Tax LLP, where he worked on a variety of compliance and consulting projects for individuals, corporations, and foreign partnerships. He also has experience working with individuals on fulfilling their Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts Reporting (FBAR) requirements. Dexter earned his Master of Accounting, with a concentration in Tax, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on a Full Tuition Scholarship, and he graduated in the Top 10% of his class. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Carolina Research Scholar and a Boeing Fellow for three consecutive years.
Michael Drexler, Head of Investors Industries, Member of the Executive Committee World Economic Forum USA
Michael Drexler is a Senior Director and member of the Management Committee at the World Economic Forum based in New York, where he overlooks the Investors community. He joined the Forum in 2011 from Barclays, where he most recently was Managing Director and Global Head of Strategy, Commercial/Investment Banking and Wealth Management. At Barclays, he also held positions in Principal Investments and Finance as well as Chief of Staff to the chairman. He joined Barclays Capital in 2002 from McKinsey & Company. Prior to that, Drexler was an academic researcher at Stanford. He holds a doctorate in Mathematics from University of Oxford, and an MSc in Electronic Engineering from the Technical University at Munich. He was designated a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2010.
Frederick B. Kauber, Managing Director | Chief Technology Officer, CAIS
Mr. Kauber is Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer at CAIS, a leading financial product platform offering wealth management professionals access to a diversified menu of funds and products which includes an expanding list of alternative investment funds, IPOs and follow-ons, structured notes and real assets.
He is responsible for CAIS technology platform development and operations initiatives. Mr. Kauber brings over 25 years of experience in technology platform innovation from Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Dun & Bradstreet and First Data Corp., as well as entrepreneurial e-commerce and fintech ventures such as Tranzact, Bigfoot Interactive, Solid Group and Entitle Direct. Mr. Kauber also serves as an adjunct professor of technology management and innovation at New York University and mentor for Columbia University’s executive master’s degree program for technology management.

Robert E. Mallernee, Partner, Chief Executive Officer, Eton Advisors, L. P.
Rob has more than 30 years of experience in advising closely held businesses, senior corporate executives, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and wealthy families by building comprehensive, multi-generational investment, financial, and estate plans. Prior to co-founding Eton Advisors, he served as head of the UBS Multi-Family Office Group. Earlier in his career, Rob served as a founding principal of the US Trust Multi-Family Office, and before that, as head of the Private Asset Management Group at NC Trust Company, which was sold to US Trust in 1999. Rob began his career at Arthur Andersen and Price Waterhouse in North Carolina and Chicago, where he was a Senior Tax Manager. His experience is particularly deep in estate and income tax planning, investment advisory services, and complex governance and succession issues. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst. Rob holds an MBA in International Business & Finance from the University of Chicago, and a BS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Gretchen Postula, Head of Investor Relations, North Sky Capital
Gretchen is the head of investor relations and is also the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. She is part of North Sky Capital’s senior management team and is actively involved in strategic planning, fund development and staffing decisions. Previously, Gretchen was a marketing and planning coordinator with the PGA Tour and an original employee of Softspikes, Inc. Gretchen earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Ferris State University.

Mark Rogozinski, Managing Director, SEI
Mark Rogozinski is the Managing Director responsible for the single-family office and multi-family office back-office and reporting solutions within SEI’s Investment Manager Services division. Mark has nearly two decades of experience in the financial industry with focus on family office and wealth management.
Prior to joining SEI in 2015, Mark spent five years with Rockit Solutions, LLC as President and Head of the Operations and Technology Group of Rockefeller & Co, Inc. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at WealthTrust, Mark was responsible for acquisition development and strategic relationships with other wealth management firms. Mark also was Partner, Principal and Chief Operating Officer for Homrich & Berg, Inc. for five years, where he was responsible for the direct management of client service, technology, operations and finance. Before joining Homrich & Berg, Inc., he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Convergent Wealth Advisors, LLC. From 1998-2003, Mark served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Atlantic Trust PWM. Prior to his career in financial services, Mark spent almost a decade in the plastics and aerospace industries.
Michael Sidgmore, Senior Vice President, Investor Network, iCapital Network
Michael Sidgmore is Senior Vice President, Investor Network, at iCapital Network, a financial technology company that has created a turnkey online solution to multi-asset class alternatives investing at lower costs and lower minimums for the high-net-worth community. Michael is an Advisory Board Member for the Village Capital US FinTech Program, a leading FinTech accelerator program focused on financial inclusion. Michael is also a Special Advisor to Panorama Point Partners, a private investment firm founded by the former CIO of Capricorn Investment Group. Michael is also the Founder and Manager of the M4Fund, an investment vehicle dedicated to partnering with and investing in innovative financial technology companies that are reimagining the future of finance. Michael was the Founder of NextGenEngage, an organization that educated the next generation of impact investors. Michael graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc in International Relations and was the Chairman and President of the LSE Alternative Investments Conference, the world's largest student conference on hedge funds and private equity. In 2012, Michael was selected to be a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. Michael holds his FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. Whitney Webb, Independent Family Consultant
Whitney Webb has been working with teens and young adults since 2012 in the area of financial and philanthropic education. Most recently, she was the Director of Operations at Independent Means, a private company educating and preparing families for the responsibilities and challenges of wealth transfer. She was the lead trainer with 30+ families and the director of global programs including Camp Start-Up and Fashion and Finance.
Before coming to IMI, Whitney was a Kiva Fellow in Kigali, Rwanda where she worked to strengthen partnerships and increase the reach of microfinance through employee trainings and industry research. Whitney graduated from the University of Florida and began her career with Porter Orlin hedge fund in New York City, where she performed investment research for the managing director, Alex Porter.
Whitney has led several volunteer educational programs including financial literacy in Cambodia and a parallel conference track for teens and kids of delegates at Opportunity Collaboration, an international convening of leaders in social change and innovation. She is currently a board member and volunteer business mentor at Youth Interactive, a non-profit teen center in Santa Barbara working to promote leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

Amy Hart Clyne, Executive Director, Family Office Exchange
Amy Hart Clyne is Executive Director of the Knowledge Center for Family Office Exchange (FOX), supporting the firm’s extensive global community of ultra-wealthy families and advisors. Her effort is concentrated on knowledge acquisition, development, management and distribution. Focused on transforming creative, best practice and innovative ideas into practical solutions, Amy collaborates with all of the teams within FOX to ensure that the firm’s collective learning is used to enhance existing member relationships, attract new members, and support the work of the consulting practice. Amy is also responsible for program design & development at FOX, including all forums, events and webinars. She is actively engaged in FOX strategic planning, relationship management, marketing and research planning, sales and training meetings, member events and workshops, and new product launch.
Leveraging over 25 years of extensive experience in private wealth management, Amy joined Family Office Exchange in 2012. Over the prior dozen years, she has worked as a consultant to some of the country’s leading private wealth management firms and private family foundations. Previously, Amy was appointed Global Marketing Director of The Chase Manhattan Private Bank for seven years. Prior to joining Chase, Amy worked in Marketing and Training at Bankers Trust Private Bank and previously served as a Portfolio Manager for Lehman Management Company, a subsidiary of Lehman Bros. Kuhn Loeb, for six years, in the high net worth individual area.
Steven Draper, Senior Consultant, Family Office Exchange
Steven Draper is a Senior Consultant at Family Office Exchange (FOX). He focuses on the “business’ side of family offices as well as wealth management advisor clients. The emphasis is on solutions to support the integrated financial platform that is key for the Family Enterprise Framework. Steven is also active on the family office research side at FOX to ensure the members have the best available information, resources and solutions to help them streamline the family office processes and technology.
In previous consulting positions, Steven has been involved in single and multi family office assignments ranging from establishing the basic processes, technology and infrastructure required to operate the family office business through to the implementation of a sophisticated, integrated platform that included CRM, portfolio and partnership accounting, cash management, financial planning, risk management, data warehouse, account aggregation and flexible, on-demand reporting.
Steven has worked for over 25 years in the wealth management, private wealth and family office business in the USA, UK, Switzerland and the Middle East. His skill set covers a broad range and includes: strategy and operations for single and multi family offices; new business and operational structures; process re-engineering and modeling; suitable technology and latest developments; negotiations of contracts with vendors; program/project management of operational change projects and technology install; writing proposals, plans, standards, procedures and guidelines.
Ruth Easterling, Managing Director, Member Services, Family Office Exchange
Ruth Easterling is Managing Director, Member Services, for Family Office Exchange (FOX). In her role, she provides relationship management for family and advisor members by aligning FOX services with the unique needs of each member. Ms. Easterling also co-moderates the Private Family Trust Company Network and works with the team at FOX to develop relevant programming and insight to the Network.
Prior to her current responsibilities, Ms. Easterling led all of the firm’s member services activities, and oversaw the delivery of conferences, educational forums, webinars, website resources and member communications annually. She has overseen marketing and drove the redesign and brand initiative that differentiates FOX today.
Under Ms. Easterling’s direction, FOX has integrated member feedback processes through satisfaction surveys and advisory boards to guide the development of new programs and services. She played a lead role in the design and delivery of the first comprehensive program for Wealth Owners, known as the FOX Learning Academy.
Prior to joining FOX, Ms. Easterling worked with the professional services firm Smith, Bucklin & Associates, which provides association management and consulting services to more than 180 associations. She served as executive director to professional associations ranging in size from 300 to 4,000 members. In this capacity, Ms. Easterling re-engineered membership structures and planning processes to better enable organizations to maximize their potential through efficient governance structures and member participation. In addition to client service, Ms.
Easterling often consulted with international and national organizations on strategic planning and governance design.

Alexandre Monnier, President, Family Office Exchange
Alexandre Monnier is President of Family Office Exchange (FOX), a global organization that helps wealthy families and their advisors master the unique challenges inherent to wealth ownership. Previously, he spent 10 years as a management consultant serving some of the most widely recognized firms in the U.S. and Europe on issues ranging from strategy to operational and organizational effectiveness. He started his career in finance with Societe Generale.
Karen Rush, Director of Membership , Family Office Exchange
Karen Rush is Director of Membership for Family Office Exchange (FOX). She is part of the advisor team that works to increase membership and provide member services. Formerly events manager, she was responsible for planning all external FOX events, including forums, workshops and regional events.
Prior to joining FOX in 2005, Ms. Rush spent 10 years at a large, multi-generational family office as the communications coordinator. She worked directly with the family office and family members to develop a family meeting process and younger generation education program.
David Toth, Director of Advisor Research , Family Office Exchange
David Toth is the Director of Advisor Research at FOX. He harnesses research to develop actionable insights and perform strategic analyses for family offices and wealth management advisor members. Assignments include constructing a roadmap a series of initiatives that assist family offices and wealth advisors in building pricing strategies, elevating client experience, talent management strategies and optimizing team structure and achieving profitable growth. Most recently, he completed “Creating Memorable Client Experiences: Differentiation in the Ultra-Wealth Market,” a report designed to assist advisory firms and families build their own unique client experience programs.
David brings over thirty years of wealth & investment management, marketing and strategic consulting experience to FOX and its members. Over the past fourteen years he has held key leadership positions at PNC Financial’s Asset Management division formulating and implementing growth strategies that helped to more than double the size of their wealth and ultra-HNW businesses. David has played a lead role in the wealth industry through his work on client satisfaction/loyalty, improvements to both the client and advisor experience, pricing strategies, development of new investment products and approaches, and the launch of Wealth Insight® an award-winning blend of technology and advisor/client interaction.
