Michael Coors, CEO, Outlast Technologies

Michael Coors is CEO of Outlast Technologies, a leading specialty chemicals company focused on phase change materials. Mr. Coors joined Outlast after spearheading its acquisition by Golden Equity Investments. He is also a manager at 9th Street Investments, a venture capital firm focused on advanced materials. He is currently on the board of Schulze Global Investments, a leading frontier markets private equity company, and Lightning Hybrids, a medium sized hybrid vehicle startup. Mr. Coors graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering.

Christine K. Galloway, President and CEO, Okabena

Chris joined Okabena in 1993 as President of Financial Services and was promoted to President and CEO in 2001.  She is responsible for the strategic direction of the Company including management oversight of the accounting, tax planning and compliance, financial reporting, systems, and investment management functions as well as the delivery of financial planning services to Okabena clients.  Prior to joining Okabena, Chris held management positions at the Harris Bank in Chicago.  She received her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Born and raised in the Republic of South Africa, Mr. Jordaan has been active in cross-border and private equity M&A transactions for over 15 years. He has held various regional and national leadership positions in the field of private equity and M&A.
 
While receiving his J.D. from Southern Methodist University, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of The International Lawyer, one of the most widely circulated international legal periodicals. Prior to law school, Mr. Jordaan attended Southern Methodist University on a full tuition scholarship where he captained the varsity tennis team for two years.
 

Elizabeth P. Munson, President, Rockefeller Trust Company

Elizabeth P. Munson is the President of Rockefeller Trust Company, N.A. and The Rockefeller Trust Company (Delaware).  She is also a Managing Director and Senior Client Advisor of Rockefeller & Co. As an advisor to high-net-worth individuals, families and family offices, Liz specializes in trust and estate planning and philanthropic matters. Ernesto J. Poza (BS Yale University; MBA, Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology) is an internationally recognized, top-rated speaker and consultant to family-controlled and family-owned businesses.  He is Clinical Professor of Global Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at Thunderbird’s School of Global Management. As a speaker, consultant and board member he challenges business owners to revitalize mature businesses through strategic thinking, succession planning and change management.  His work on governance, the key role of nonfamily management and succession has been featured on CNN, NBC, and NPR, as well as in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Business Week, Family Business Magazine, Inc., El Pais, Excelsior, Expansion, and El Nuevo Día. Douglas S. Rogers, CFAChief Investment Officer Ascensio Asset Management, LLC

Mr. Rogers is the Chief of Investment Officer and founder of Ascensio Asset Management, LLC, a firm he created to provide to provided best practices consulting services to ultra high net worth families and private wealth consultants.  He has served as Chief Investment Officer for nationally recognized consulting and wealth management firms responsible for directing strategic asset allocation, tactical positioning, and manager selection and due diligence.  As a senior consultant and chief investment officer at CTC Consulting, he served discriminating clients with an average relationship size of $800 million. Prior to his high-net-worth family investment consulting experience, he had ten years of portfolio management, marketing and client servicing duties.  
 
Doug is a recognized industry thought leader, author and speaker on taxable account management and after-tax reporting, and often called upon to address timely investment subjects.  He is a recipient of the prestigious Journal of Performance Measurement Annual Peter Dietz Award for furthering the body of knowledge related to investment performance measurement and the author of Tax-Aware Investment Management: The Essential Guide published by Bloomberg Press in 2006. 
 
After graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point, he spent twelve years as an U.S. Army Officer serving in a progression of Field Artillery and Corps of Engineers assignments and retired from the Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel.  While on active duty, he was awarded a scholarship to complete his M.B.A. in finance from Southern Methodist University.  
 
Mr. Rogers is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has served as the Chairperson of the AIMR Subcommittee for After-Tax Reporting.  He is a former member of the teaching faculty of the IMCA Certified Private Wealth Analyst program and has also taught security analysis and portfolio management at the M.B.A. level.  Doug is an active member of the West Point Endowment Investment Committee. 
 

David A. Sackler, President, Summer Road, LLC

David is currently the President of Summer Road, LLC, a single family office.  For the seven years prior to Summer Road, David was the Managing Director of Moab Capital Partners, LLC, an event driven hedge fund he co-founded.  Prior to Moab, David held positions at OSS Capital Management and Perry Capital, both prominent New York hedge funds.  David graduated from Princeton University with a AB in Economics.  He sits on the Boards of Directors of his family's various pharmaceutical businesses.
 

Loraine Tsavaris, Managing Director, Office of the President at Rockefeller Financial

Loraine B. Tsavaris is a Senior Client Advisor and a Managing Director of Rockefeller & Co. A strategic and tactical professional, Amy is skilled in developing strategy, marketing and communications programs to both members of senior management teams and as an advisor to industry leaders in private wealth management. Amy provides over 25 years of experience in the ultra high net worth marketplace.  She rejoined Family Office Exchange in 2012 after working as a consultant to some of the country’s leading private wealth management firms such as Silver Bridge Associates, Atlantic Trust and private family foundations over the last dozen years.  She was the Marketing Director of The Chase Manhattan Private Bank serving the United States and Latin America for 7 years.  Prior to joining Chase, Amy worked in Marketing and Training at Bankers Trust Private Bank and served as a Portfolio Manager for Lehman Management Company, a subsidiary of Lehman Bros. Seth C Jackier, Managing Director FDX Holdings LLC

Seth has 17 years experience in capital markets and structured finance. He was most recently Managing Director, Head of Central Region Securitized Products Distribution, at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the investment bank’s Institutional Fixed Income business. In this producing manager role, he was responsible for overseeing the execution of new issue and secondary transactions.  Seth played an active role in managing senior level relationships with private equity funds, family offices, hedge funds, money managers, banks, insurance companies, and pension funds.  His product experience includes securitizations of residential and commercial mortgages, credit card receivables, auto loans, small balance commercial loans, shipping containers, aircraft financing, and other various pooled receivables. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in ’00, Seth worked for five years at Lehman Brothers in their Mortgage Backed Securities and Derivative Products businesses. He has experience investing in real estate, natural resources, small business funding, and other private equity transactions. Seth’s role at FDX includes deal placement and relationship management. He also serves as a key liaison to FDX’s alliance partner,  Family Office Exchange.
 
Seth is a board member of the Chicago Chapter of Technion USA, a not-for-profit organization that provides funding for scholarships, professorial chairs, and infrastructure at Technion University in Haifa, Israel.  He is also a member of the Chicago Area Chapter of MENSA.
 
Seth earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan.  He holds his series 7, 79, 63, 9, and 10 securities licenses and is a registered representative of FDX Capital LLC, a member of FINRA and SIPC.

Mariann Mihailidis, Managing Director, Councils

Mariann Mihailidis serves as managing director and consultant to family office members of the Family Office Exchange. In her role she oversees the management of all domestic family office relationships. As a practicing tax and estate-planning attorney, she develops strategies in wealth transfer issues, taxes, and corporate structures. Ms. Mihailidis has served as an executor and trustee, and her fiduciary responsibilities included administrative, legal, and accounting duties of various trusts and estates.
 
Prior to joining FOX in 1996, Ms. Mihailidis worked in one of America’s leading family offices for four years as an accounting manager for the family’s investment partnerships and operating companies.

Alexandre Monnier, President

Alexandre Monnier is President of Family Office Exchange (FOX), a global organization that helps wealthy families and their advisors master the unique challenges inherent to wealth ownership.  He oversees FOX globally and has extensive experience in creating, marketing, and delivering premium services to families of wealth in the wealth management, private aviation and healthcare industries – in the US and internationally. 
 
He joined FOX from PinnacleCare, a leader in private health advisory services, where he led the development of the business in the U.S. and in Europe.  Earlier Alexandre ran Skyjet, Bombardier Aerospace’s private jet charter business.  Previously he spent 10 years as a management consultant serving firms internationally.  He started his career in finance with Societe Generale.
 
Alexandre is a graduate of ESCP Europe, one of Europe’s leading business schools.  He has been a member of Young Presidents’ Organization since 2005.
 

Linda Shepro, Co-Managing Partner FDX Holdings LLC

Linda was previously the CFO of a large midwestern family office and served on the investment screening committee for the family’s direct investments. In that role she worked directly with the portfolio companies’ financial and technology teams. Linda also was Vice President in the M&A group of a Fortune 100 company. Subsequently, she was co founder and partner of Shepro Braun Systems, whose flagship product, Total Return, provided comprehensive back office solutions to family offices and hedge funds. Linda has an extensive financial, accounting and consulting background with family offices and alternative investments. She has worked as an advisor to FOX  concerning the design and implementation of FDX. Linda is the CFO and COO and Co-Managing Director of FDX Holdings LLC. In that capacity she serves on the investment screening committee and  manages key relationships with FOX and outside alliances.
