| Warner King Babcock, AM Private Enterprises, Inc.Mr. Babcock has over 30 years of high level experience as a board member, Chairman and CEO, chairman of various board committees, corporate strategy and development advisor, entrepreneur, investment advisor representative to family offices, member of a family council, President of a family business, trustee, and venture investor. Warner King Babcock, the founder and principal owner of AMPE, the successor to two longstanding firms of 24 years and 17 years that advised major family enterprises and family offices. During this time, he led over 30 very talented, senior corporate strategy, development, innovation, licensing, M&A, technology, and venture capital professionals and investment advisers to achieve some very complex and unique client growth and investment objectives and goals. Mr. Babcock has also served as a family business director, employee, and executive, and a trustee of many family trusts holding operating businesses, a special purpose trust, a number of investment trusts, and chairman of an endowment committee. He also built a manufacturing business starting a young age to seven plants around the US introducing seven products based his patents. The venture was financed by a holding company owned by newly formed trusts for the benefit of each of his siblings. Mr. Babcock teaches MBA, MS and undergraduate business and entrepreneurship majors at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in New York City specializing in boards, governance, leadership, entrepreneurship and family business management. The office serves 20 family members across three generations. Prior to founding the family office John practiced law in Rockford, Illinois, and the U.S. Army for 15 years. | Andrew Hauptman, Chairman of Andell, Inc. and Owner and Chairman of the Chicago Fire Soccer ClubMr. Hauptman is the chairman of Andell, Inc., a private investment firm and family office that he controls with his wife, Mrs. Ellen Bronfman Hauptman. Mr. Hauptman oversees the firm’s investment, operating, sports, real estate and media businesses. Mr. Hauptman is the owner and chairman of Major League Soccer’s Chicago Fire Soccer Club and serves on the League’s Board of Governors. He also serves as chairman of Storage Mobility, the nation’s largest franchisee of Portable On Demand Storage (PODS). In addition to this work, Mr. Hauptman is deeply involved in several philanthropic and civic organizations. He serves as a national trustee of City Year, an education-focused nonprofit that combats the dropout epidemic, and is co-founder and chairman of City Year Los Angeles. He also serves as director of The Hauptman Family Foundation and co-founder and trustee of The Charles Bronfman Prize. He is on the board of the Los Angeles Fund for Public Education, the Yale University Council, the Leadership Council of International Medical Corps, and is honorary chairman of the Chicago Fire Foundation. Mr. Hauptman also serves on the Leadership Council of the Franklin Project at The Aspen Institute, an initiative which aims to create large-scale civilian national service in the United States. |
| Cliff Hurd, Hurd Enterprises, Ltd.Cliff is a member of the management team of Hurd Enterprises, Ltd., a fourth generation family business engaged in oil and gas, ranching, real estate, and investments. He serves as President of the real estate and investment businesses. The Hurd family’s real estate operations include investment in and development of single and multi-story office buildings in San Antonio, TX and Laredo, TX as well as industrial and residential lot development in Laredo, TX. The family has also developed apartment complexes in Laredo and San Antonio, and a self-storage development in Laredo, TX. | Jim Liautaud, Sr., Liautaud InstituteJim Liautaud, clinicial research professor, is the creator of PDT (Process Designed Training), proven to increase emotional intelligence, by using sequential ISO (International Organization for Standardization) training processes rather than teachers. Findings from his research have been published in the Journal of Management Development, often headlined in the Emotional Intelligence Consortium's web page, and featured in the best seller, Extraordinary Leadership. He created PEI, a less rigorous program than PDT, as a process directed Emotional Intelligence graduate credit course for the University of Illinois at Chicago and DePaul University. The Liautaud Institute was funded to expand the behavior research developed at the University, adaptable to his ISO processes, to make them readily assessable to the general public. | Eric Russell, Revalesio CorporationEric Russell is President and CEO of Revalesio Corporation and serves on the company’s Board of Directors. Prior to leading Revalesio, Eric served in a variety of roles at the Frank Russell Company from 1988-2000. | Tali Sharot, University College London, Affective Brain LabTali Sharot is a neuroscientist at University College London and the director of the Affective Brain Lab. She is a faculty member of the department of Cognitive, Perceptual and Brain Sciences and a visiting Professor at Harvard Medical School. She received her Ph.D from New York University. Her research focuses on how emotion, motivation and social factors influence our expectations, decisions and memories. Her papers have been published in top scientific journals including Nature, Science, Nature Neuroscience and Psychological Science. This work has been the subject of features in Newsweek, Forbes, The Boston Globe, Time, The Wall Street Journal, New Scientist, The Washington Post, the BBC and others. Tali is the author of The Optimism Bias and co-editor of The Neuroscience of Preference and Choice. She has also written essays for the popular press which have been published in Time (cover story), The New York Times, and BBC and was a speaker at TED’s annual conference 2012. |

Ms. Neal brings to her clients more than 20 years of consulting experience with an extensive background in the valuation of closely held businesses for estate and gift tax planning, merger and acquisition, and financial planning purposes. She joined FOX in 2008 after eight years at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, where she was a senior manager responsible for business and intangible asset valuations primarily for family-owned businesses. For two years Ms. Neal also was responsible for remotely managing the firm’s offshoring operations in Hyderabad, India. | Karen Rush, Director of MembershipKaren Rush os the Director of Membership for FOX as of July 28. Prior to that she served as a relationship manager for the advisor market that worked to increase membership and provide member services. Formerly events manager, she was responsible for planning all external FOX events, including forums, workshops and regional events. Prior to joining FOX in 2005, Ms. Rush spent 10 years at a large, multi-generational family office as the communications coordinator. She worked directly with the family office and family members to develop a family meeting process and younger generation education program. |
