At the inaugural FOX Global Owners Forum, I described the evolution that business-owning families experience—and the increased complexity they encounter—as they become family enterprises. Here is a short video that explains what I mean when I refer to Enterprise Families:

The question family leaders need to address is how the family can manage the increased complexity that comes along with their successful business. The Family Enterprise Experience, a new FOX Workshop this September 27-29 in Chicago, will delve into the framework that defines the enterprise, the process of establishing a common vision for the future for family members and a roadmap for how to implement this vision. If you can see that your family enterprise has grown bigger than the business, this is the one workshop you need to consider attending.
