Jay is a fifth-generation family member who serves as CEO of a single family office that manages 125 trusts for about 75 family members. The office helps family trustees and beneficiaries by engaging and supervising the work of outside professionals while having a small staff that deals directly with the family members. The focus is on estate planning, investments, accounting, and tax preparation for the family trusts.

Wendy Craft, Vice President and General Counsel at Schneider & Schneider

Wendy works for Schneider & Schneider Inc., a single family office involved in varied interests, many of which are real estate related. She was previously president of Hudson Land Company LLC, a title insurance company specializing in commercial property transactions. She joined the firm with her team, which was dedicated to providing pre-eminent service to high net worth clients.

Jennifer Dempsey, Managing Director at AFO Capital Ltd.

Jennifer is a founder and managing director of AFO Capital Ltd., a private office in Fort Worth, Texas, that is responsible for investment and wealth management for a local family. Previously, she was a vice president at Crow Holdings, a real estate private equity company and the family office for the Trammell Crow family.

Joshua Kanter, President at Chicago Investments Inc. and Vice President at Windy City Inc.

Since June 2000, Joshua has been principally involved in activities relating to the management and reorganization of various Kanter family-affiliated entities. These activities have included public and private equity investment management; tax and estate planning; implementation of a paperless office system; and the reorganization of the family’s trust, corporate and partnership ownership and operating structure

Laura Liang, Vice President at DLD Family Investments

Laura handles due diligence and manager recommendations for all asset classes for a three-person investment committee. In addition, she is responsible for accounting, trust administration, investment reporting, and some concierge services for the family office serving three generations of the Duncan family.

John Tippit, Managing Director at Mays Family Enterprises

John assumed his current role shortly after the Mays family sold a majority of its interests in Clear Channel Communications, a global media company the family co-founded in 1972. Previously, he was senior vice president of strategic development at Clear Channel Communications, where he was responsible for the evaluation and support of strategic opportunities from a corporate perspective.
