The Experience
FOX councils bring you a highly customized interaction with your peers based on member-driven issues. Key features typically inlclude:
- Formally meeting two or three times a year in two-day sessions. Frequent phone and online conversations as well as meeting at other FOX events makes this a year-round conversation
- Each council follows a custom curriculum designed by FOX and augmented with topics requested by the Council members
- Moderated by a senior FOX executive with a background specifically matched to the focus of the group
- On-site visits to peer offices that broaden participants' understanding of opportunities within their own offices
- Meet with industry leaders and leaders of member families who share their perspectives
- Best practice case studies on topics such as training next-generation leaders, technology solutions, and investment manager selection
- Presentations by expert speakers, as desired by the group
All council members receive the full benefits of FOX membership plus priority access to benchmarking and survey results and a dedicated consulting relationship manager.
The Council Commitment
Belonging to a Council requires active participation. Council members commit to:
- Involvement in establishing the agenda of the council
- Full participation in council discussions
- Open, transparent sharing in the secure environment of council discussions
- A supplemental fee to cover the cost of council meetings, custom research, the consulting relationship manager, and additional forum admission credits
