Emma Gross is the Associate Relationship Manager at Family Office Exchange. In her role, she supports and provides guidance to FOX members, utilizing her background in family office consulting and benchmarking research. She joined FOX in 2017 and is based in New York City. During her time at FOX, Emma has worked extensively with families, family offices, and family-owned businesses on consulting projects to develop strategic and tactical plans to respond to change and foster family cohesion. Emma has experience with family enterprise strategic planning, family office design, leadership succession planning, family education, and owner engagement, as well as custom quantitative reports on cost and compensation.​

Prior to joining FOX, Emma was the Communications Specialist for the National Mining Association, a trade association in Washington, D.C. Emma received a B.A. in government from Colby College.​
