In this role the candidate will have the opportunity to learn how to: •Handle complex family dynamics •Proactively identify opportunities and risks in client situations as well as develop strategies to address these opportunities and risks, in concert with client teams and outside advisors •Manage the execution of strategies and special projects •Interact and build relationships with clients as well as their advisors •Contribute to thought leadership through technical research and analysis Technical responsibilities for this role include •Directing the work of Wealth Planning Associates on each client team •Developing junior staff through training and mentoring •Monitoring and completing client specific projects •Managing client specific tasks and day to day concerns This position requires an energetic, self-motivated individual who is an effective communicator and team leader. The successful candidate will have strong math and analytical skills and excellent computer skills. S/he must be able to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously. This position requires 3+ years’ experience, a bachelor’s degree, quantitative coursework and either a CFP, CFA, and/or CPA. CFP certifications are strongly preferred.
