Wealth Associate

We are a private, single-family office seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful Wealth Associate to join our wealth management team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering comprehensive financial guidance and advisory service to high-net-worth clients. You will assist in client relationship management, financial analysis, investment research, and administrative support to ensure a seamless, exceptional client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Wealth Associate will contribute to a broad range of wealth management disciplines, including:

  • Investment Planning: Assist in portfolio analysis, asset allocation, and investment strategy execution.  Prepare meeting reports and assist with financial modeling.
  • Cash & Expense Management: Prepare budget reports and financial forecasting.  Manage cash reserves and ensure client expenses are paid accurately and timely. 
  • Insurance & Risk Management: Analyze insurance policies and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Estate & Trust Planning: Coordinate with legal and tax advisors to implement estate and trust strategies.
  • Tax Planning: Assist with the administration and execution of tax-efficient wealth strategies in collaboration with tax professionals. 
  • Charitable Giving: Research charitable giving vehicles and organizations that meet client giving needs.  Oversee charitable giving administration functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Wealth Associate will also provide critical support in the acquisition and disposition of various high-value assets, including:

  • Real Estate (residential, commercial, and investment properties)
  • Luxury Assets (aircraft, yachts, and other high-value holdings)

CLIENT-FACING & OPERATIONAL BALANCE

This role requires a blend of client-facing interactions and behind-the-scenes operational support. This individual engages directly with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure financial plans align with their goals, while also collaborating with internal teams and external advisors to execute complex wealth management strategies.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
  • Three to five years of experience in wealth management, financial services, tax, or audit
  • Familiarity with accounting and financial modeling preferred
  • Knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and high-net-worth client services
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-centric approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and knowing how to reprioritize throughout the day, while maintaining attention to detail
  • Delivers proactive communication and has a sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant certifications (CFP, CPA, or similar) preferred
