Ultra High Net Worth Relationship Manager II
As an UHNW Relationship Manager, you are a member of PNC's Hawthorn organization. Hawthorn is ranked among the top ten multi-family office organizations by the Family Wealth Alliance. You will address the wide-ranging financial needs of the ultra high net worth client, including private banking; investment management and consulting; capital markets solutions; financial, tax and estate planning; fiduciary services; private foundations; and administration and reporting needs.
Will provide trust/estate administration and relationship management services to an assigned book of ultra-high net worth client business and serves as the fiduciary expert for those relationships. Manages more complex accounts, which often include multi-generational trusts among multi-family lines, complex gifting arrangements, unusual family dynamics, litigation concerns and unique hard-to-value assets. Serves as a fiduciary resource in market and provides input and guidance on fiduciary issues. Looked upon to collaborate with Hawthorn Relationship Strategists, Investment Advisors and Wealth Strategists, members of the Hawthorn Family Offices Services group and others to broaden, deepen and expand ultra-high net worth client opportunities including support for the sales process and client "on-boarding." Serves as a liaison with the fiduciary support areas and coordinates fiduciary communications internally and with the client. Provides a high level of service to ultra-high net worth clients, including addressing their financial needs throughout various life cycles.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required, with JD and/or other Wealth Management related professional designations beneficial but not required.
- Six or more years of experience in client management, preferably in the ultra-high net worth industry space. Experience with administration of accounts for ultra-high net worth clients (relationships > $20 million investable assets) preferred.
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication, writing, and group presentation skills.
- Ability to establish and build effective network and external referral sources.
- Solid working knowledge of client contact and relationship management systems and technology.
- Demonstrated ability to participate and seek involvement in local community, business, non-profit and civic organizations.
