Treasurer

ROLE

The Treasurer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all treasury functions of the family office of ImagineCo. and all related parties. This position is responsible for daily, monthly, and annual cash needs, funding, liquidity, and debt maintenance. This position oversees implementation of treasury department initiatives and process improvements to support ImagineCo goals. This position requires multitasking and having a high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner. A high degree of self-sufficiency, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently is a must. Position requires a high degree of initiative and willingness to problem solve. This position should also possess a high degree of professionalism and integrity when interacting with the executive team, trustees, family and other outside relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the overall treasury department for ImagineCo
  • Responsible for all treasury functions across all individuals, trusts, and entities of the ImagineCo family office and corporate
  • Lead and optimize all internal procedures to ensure efficiency, automation, proper checks and balances, and controls depending on the category
  • Manage all treasury related controls for appropriate fraud prevention measures
  • Management of cash and debt across all ownership and family office entities
  • Understand and prepare monthly operating needs to ensure adequate liquidity for operating cash needs and proper cash holdings in interest bearing and non-interest-bearing accounts
  • Calculate and process monthly cash funding for individuals, trusts, and entities
  • Cash budgeting and planning
  • Process wires, ACHs, internal transfers, and debt transactions
  • Approve payment disbursement
  • Maintain and monitor debt covenants and compliance
  • Track ongoing related party notes and payables between individuals, trusts, and entities
  • Part of team that works on holistic planning and strategy around cash and debt
  • Understand all family office estate ownership structure/notes and intricacies related to treasury functions
  • Continual oversight on best practices of bank accounts and operating portfolios
  • Manage all relationships with financial institutions supporting all cash and debt operations, including bank and service fees
  • Support of all existing bank accounts and establishment of new bank accounts as necessary
  • Supervise Accounts Payable for ImagineCo and the family office
  • Manages the account payable process and provide process updates/improvements as appropriate
  • Prepare reports and analysis for executive management
