Well established, successful organization has an opportunity for an experienced Tax Professional, with CFO skills, who can perform a multitude of Federal, State and Local tax duties for multiple legal entities and personal estates with common ownership. Reporting to the company CEO, you will be responsible for day to day functions related to compliance, research and planning involving complex tax matters for manufacturing and investment holding companies owned by a small group of investors. The position will work closely with the CEO as a trusted confidant with total access to business and personal financial information. Due to the critical and confidential nature of this position, the company is looking for someone with high ethical standards who is also willing to make a long-term commitment. In addition, there will be CFO level oversight and decision making responsibilities when the CEO is absent.  
 
Requirements
 
The ideal candidate must be a CPA with public accounting experience who is a "hands on" person willing to wear "multiple hats" and is comfortable dealing with a variety of people both within and outside of the organization. This includes federal, state and local taxing authorities; investment advisors: legal professionals and multiple members of the ownership group. Extensive experience in all aspects of taxation including corporate, individual and estate matters is required. Exposure to benefit plans is also a plus. Good communication skills and an ability to work in a fast paced, unstructured role are also critical. 

This position will require a CFO caliber individual with very strong tax capabilities in a variety of business structures and a thorough understanding of personal tax matters common with high net worth individuals.
