TFO Phoenix, Inc. a multi-family office and Registered Investment Adviser serving wealthy families and institutions, is looking to expand its team of professionals. Since our founding in 2011, our firm of 28 professionals has seen significant growth in the the number of families we serve. We are seeking a talented Strategic Initiatives Manager to help us continue that growth into the future by enhancing our processes and specific aspects of our client experience. This professional will be responsible for coordinating and implementing a variety of strategic projects that are important to our firm’s future success.

These projects will be broadly diversified in nature, but most of them will likely have two common elements:

• They will require coordination and communication with our other professionals to ensure each project accomplishes its intended objective, and
• They will often involve the use and integration of various software tools to ensure consistency and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Able to demonstrate their ability to successfully see projects through from the idea phase to actual implementation and have excellent communication skills
• Effective at working on multiple projects concurrently
• Able to marshal and mobilize available resources
• Extremely comfortable with technology, specifically different software solutions that are used in a wealth management environment

Previous experience in a wealth management organization is preferred, and direct client service experience in such an environment is a plus.
