Located in sunny downtown West Palm Beach, FL.  CDL is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our staff in the dynamic and rapidly growing Multi-Family Office department. As a Staff Accountant in CDL's Multi-Family Office, you will support department clients by effectively and efficiently completing tasks such as brokerage reconciliations, building reports and much more. An ideal candidate will take ownership of work product and ensure timely and accurate reporting. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills.
• Reconciliation of brokerage statements, and investment reporting. 
• Preparation of hedge fund, trust, and statistical reports. 
• Maintains the accounting functions of clients and their various entities
• Complete bank reconciliations in QuickBooks.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and other parties.
• Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity.
• Interact well with diverse levels of employees; collaborative, energized by the open exchange of ideas.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Function well in a fast-paced, high growth environment and a rapidly changing organization.
• Detail oriented and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel and accompanying Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in an accounting discipline.
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in accounting and payables strongly preferred.
