Relationship Manager / Client Services Generalist

The core element of this role involves assisting family members with various aspects of their 
personal financial affairs through regular meetings. This is done by serving as the individual 
family members primary contact and then facilitating a broad range of services as required by each. 
 Participates in family meetings regarding investments, financial and estate planning and insurance 
needs of the family.  Will work with the entire team of internal and external advisors to provide a 
seamless delivery of exceptional services to the family.

Broad Responsibilities and Areas of Work:

•     Banking- Loan and deposit activities
•     Investments – Oversight of outside advisory firm, periodic reviews
•     Insurance – Obtain coverages, monitor and adjust as necessary
•     Income tax activities- Lead information gathering, advise as needed
•     Estate planning – Involvement in overall planning activities
•     Property management – Coordinate property management services as needed
•     Trustee for family trusts- as applicable
•     Through delegation, oversee accounting, bill paying, travel and lifestyle management needs of 
those family members who take advantage of these services
•     All other appropriate duties as assigned by management

•     Broad knowledge of all areas of work listed above
•     Good organizational skills and the ability manage multiple tasks

•     Self-starter, dedicated, team player
•     Willingness to learn and expand responsibilities
•     Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related technology

 Experience and Education

•     Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or Accounting
•     Preference for candidates with CFP® designation
•     Minimum of five years’ experience in financial services industry in customer facing role
•     Excellent verbal and communication skills
