Personal Assistant
The Personal Assistant will work closely with one of three partners in a single family office. Responsibilities include:
- Completing a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing calendar, preparing correspondence and keeping partner informed and prepared for various meetings and commitments
- Arranging complex travel plans, itineraries and agendas
- Planning special family or office events
- Interacting regularly with the family office, foundation and household employees, while building relationships
- Serving as a positive ambassador for the partner by consistently acting in a way that embodies the partner's and family's values
Requirements and skills include:
- Bachelor's degree required or minimum of 5+ years related work experience as a C-level executive/personal assistant
- Effective and proactive problem-solver, able to analyze situations thoroughly in order to anticipate problems before they arise
- Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Adept at working in fast-paced, ever-changing environments where the utmost discretion and confidentiality are required
- Unquestionable computer savvy with proficiency in both Mac and PC systems and Microsoft Office products
