Part-time Family Office Staff Accountant/In-Charge Bookkeeper
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Accounting and/or applicable bookkeeping experience (i.e. thorough understanding of accounting model)
- Quickbooks experience
- Exposure to high net worth family a plus
- Strong PC skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Job Responsibilities:
- Bank and broker reconciliations.
- General Ledger monthly closings
- Prepare monthly journal entries to for income/expense accruals, marking investments to market, reclassifications, etc.
- Produce Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Statement of Cash Flows
- Maintenance of electronic filing system for all invoices, contracts, etc.
- Maintain HR files for household staff and liaise with payroll company
