Bohemian Companies is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager.  The Human Resources Manager will guide and manage the overall provision of the Human Resource services, policies and programs.  The Human Resources Manager will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that supports the acheivement of the organization's business goals.

Bohemian Companies is a collective of nonprofit and for-profit entities, with offices in Fort Collins, Colorado.

The successful candidate will have at least ten (10) years of professional experince in a related human resources position.  Candidates for the position should have a minimum of: a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Organizational Development or equivalent, considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administraton,exceptional communication skills and be a team player.  PHR or SPHR cetifications preferred.
