HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST
Job Description
This position is responsible for providing professional Human Resource services as part of a team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage recruiting processes with Director of Human Resources; recruit and attract talent.
- Plan and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
- Conduct research, summarize, and provide recommendations regarding a variety of HR topics.
- Prepare various documents and presentations, including new hire guides, matrices, benefits documents, etc.
- Implement, organize, and maintain HR systems, records, data, and databases; ensure data integrity.
- Research and draft HR policies and processes.
- Support benefits administration.
- Provide support to the in-house payroll process.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between Human Resources, employees, and other departments.
- Participate in training and professional development activities.
- Propose process and system improvements in an effort to automate and increase efficiencies.
- Actively participate in a variety of projects.
- Complete other projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3-5 years of human resources experience; experience in recruiting required.
- Knowledge of and experience with human resource practices and programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
- Demonstrated writing skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet commitments.
- Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.
- Uncompromised commitment to the highest level of confidentiality.
