Human Capital Team Family Dynamics Advisor
Johnson Financial Group is looking for a motivated, dedicated, self-starting individual for the position of Human Capital Team Family Dynamics Advisor. This role provides many services for our clients, prospects, team members, vendors and the human capital team itself. This person must be able to prioritize and multi-task. Strong communication skills are necessary.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for working with the Chief Learning Officer in the development and delivery of client tools, programs, and experiences that focus on the growth of individual and family human capital. This position coordinates with the client financial advisors and associates of the firm to integrate the growth of client families’ human capital with their overall estate and financial plan. This position will work with the Human Capital team to design and deliver unique client events (onsite and offsite), provide client support and communication as it relates to human capital work flow and works to ensure team and company goals are met.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for working with clients to design meaningful, effective, and relevant family meeting agendas
- Able to design innovative tools and support materials to engage clients in focusing on the growth of their individual and collective human capital
- Able to lead group trainings (for the firm and its clients)
- Able to support the Chief Learning Officer in achieving the team’s core goals:
- Develop the systems and processes to support the integration and business sustainability of the human capital offering within JFG's wider client support
- Develop differentiating client offerings (such as the Human Capital Summit, book discussions, etc.) to illustrate JFG's innovative approach to existing clients and prospective clients
- Work with the advising teams to integrate the family human capital work into the overall client support model
- Support JFG to continue to be a leader in the industry by integrating the practices of a Wealth3.0 firm and training advisors (and team) to become Wealth 3.0 advisors
- To provide, or mentor the human capital team to provide, impeccable human capital support to client families
- Responsible for contributing to content creation and delivery of the firm’s largest client event, The Human Capital Summit
- Responsible for contributing to other human capital events (including webinars, team trainings, etc.)
- Works with JFG advisors and associate advisors to coordinate client human capital-focused meetings
- Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Advanced degree in psychology, positive psychology, or family enterprise preferred (or 5+ years of experience in a direct client support role, including leading family meetings or coaching individual family members)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Strong attention to detail, self-starter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidential and professional
- Intermediate Microsoft application skills, to include Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong team player
A Bachelor’s Degree is required and advanced degree (or 5+ years experience working directly with significant families) is preferred.
