Family Office Relationship Manager

What You'll Do

The Family Office Relationship Manager (FORM) is responsible for managing a portfolio of our most sophisticated and highest net worth clients. The FORM is responsible for maximizing client engagement through proactive and frequent communication. Using a dynamic and customized approach, the FORM will coordinate a team of internal and external advisors in helping clients identify short and long term objectives, developing strategies for achieving them and active engagement in fulfilling them.
- Acts as the main point of contact for book of high end net worth multi-generational relationships for Private Wealth Management
- Provides clients a high level of consultative financial advice by identifying client needs and providing integrated wealth advice through holistic financial planning, investment management and trust management services
- Evaluate and recommend solutions in the areas of investments, insurance, banking, credit or other relevant products, in coordination with clients' tax, legal and estate planning professionals for wealth accumulation, preservation and transfer strategies 
- Expands and strengthens client relationships by engaging fiduciary officers, portfolio managers, private banker and wealth advisor
- Proactively monitoring client's portfolio and supports creation and delivery of client analyses, performance reporting and necessary research
- Responsible for following up to ensure all family office services provided to clients meet or exceed expectations
- Coordinates contact strategy with clients with family, internal and external advisors (Family meetings, annual meetings, strategic partnership meetings, etc.)
- Must be familiar with business entities ownership structures and how these are coordinated into wealth planning
- Ensures all documentation is up to date, complete and in compliance with all policies, regulations, laws and procedures
- Strategic level knowledge of financial planning, investment management ,trust management and tax implications to serve as a subject matter expert to address unique and complex client financial needs, service requests and unique situations
- Conduct and lead comprehensive related discussions and participate in client meetings for investment, life event and service reviews with client, internal and external advisors
- Effectively administer trust, estate and investment portfolios in accordance with governing instruments and Bank policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

Who You Are

- Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and/or professional designation; such as CTFA, CFP, JD, CPA, or Masters in Taxation
- 10 years experience working in family office ,high net worth management entity or bank or trust company trust department

- Demonstrates strong knowledge of financial planning, investment management and trust and estate management
- Demonstrates excellent knowledge of financial industry regulations
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of brokerage and investment products and strategies
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrates ability to work in a team-based, dynamic, deadline oriented environment while upholding all compliance, legal, regulation and policy considerations
- Demonstrates ability to handle detailed work with accuracy
- Demonstrates strong PC skills to include MS Word, Excel, email, internet research and software tools
- Demonstrates strong analytical & research skills
- Demonstrates strong presentations skills
- Demonstrates ability to address client concerns positively, tactfully, and diplomatically, and must present self very professionally and courteously at all times
- Demonstrates knowledge of consumer lending, credit and document review
