We are looking for a controller or senior accountant who has experience in multiple asset clasees in real estate and private equtiy. 

In RE, they should have experience with investing in residential income producing, hotel, mutlif-amily and development of residential multi-family. 

YARDI experience is a must

5-7 years experience

Debt originaiton and negotiation/monitoring & reporting 

Equity reporting and report writing 

Ability to deal with onshore and offshore familes and investors 

Experience organizing tax and accounting structures with all relevant third parties 

Lead a time of 10 people
