Family Office CFO

An established family office supporting a single family with multiple generations, with an office in southern CT, has created a new position to provide high-level financial support for a New York-based Forbes 400 family.

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

  • Exemplary character
  • Strong work ethic
  • Impeccable academic credentials
  • Public accounting experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the private sector
  • Ability and desire to travel
  • Long-term intent

Responsibilities will include oversight of accounting, tax, and budgeting for the multi-generational family. This position involves periodic travel to the residences and investment properties around the country and globe.

The ideal professional will be service minded and will understand and respect family members who live at an elite level. Desired experience includes a background in luxury/elite hospitality, as part of a family office, or in a related area. Understanding of personal real estate and investment real estate is a major plus.
