Family Office Manager

 

A professional, capable, and flexible professional with excellent communication skills and significant experience working with high-net-worth individuals sought for a Family Office Manager position based in the Twin Cities area, Minnesota. This person will report to this single-family-office’s President and oversee, plan, direct, and manage all office activities to provide top service to the family and fellow employees while serving as the family’s representative in administrative, management, and professional matters.

 

Other key responsibilities for this position will include:

  • Managing office staff and operations
  • Liaising with vendors, trustees, and other key associates
  • Ensuring the president and family office members are kept up to date on key information
  • Maintain required records for boards and shareholders
  • Prepare for key meetings and ensure compliance with appropriate regulations
  • Provide general financial oversight of office operation
  • Handle all appropriate Human Resources responsibilities for office staff
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

 

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years of related experience; a legal background or significant experience in high-net-worth space preferred
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Administration (or related field) required
  • Excellent tech and communication skills; strong emotional intelligence and ability to interact effectively with a broad range of individuals
  • Mature, collegial, and process- and solution-oriented
