Executive Personal Assistant
An experienced and well-educated Executive Personal Assistant is needed to join a growing family office to support a busy President/CEO with diversified business entities. The family office is in central Virginia (near Richmond). The ideal candidate will have proven success in a personal assistant or executive assistant role – either supporting a private principal, working for a family office, or as the assistant for C-Suite executives of a major organization.
Necessary qualifications include:
· 3+ years of experience as an executive or personal assistant
· Excellent communication skills
· Tech-savvy and able to learn and utilize a wide range of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
· Great organizational skills; logical thinker who can pivot quickly between tasks with the ability to retain and synthesize information
· A bachelor’s degree is required
Primary responsibilities will include managing the principal’s calendars, arranging meetings and appointments, serving as primary point of contact, managing correspondence, and fulfilling personal requests from the principal and family members. The ability to liaise effectively between the principal, family office staff, and outside legal and financial professionals is needed, in addition to providing assistance to the COO with administrative and operational tasks.
Generally a Monday through Friday schedule, standard business hours with the ability to assist the principal at other times. Compensation up to $120,000 offered, depending on qualifications and experience, with benefits (including fully-paid health insurance, dental and vision coverage, a retirement plan, paid time off, and paid holidays).
