Executive Personal Assistant

The owner of a large residential estate on Philadelphia’s Main Line is seeking a highly discreet and seasoned Executive Personal Assistant to provide a busy female executive uncompromised support on personal and administrative matters.

Based in a private office in the residence, the Executive Personal Assistant schedules the executive’s daily and monthly appointments, travel arrangements and agendas; supervises members of the household staff; works with an established team of contractors and vendors to ensure the ongoing proper maintenance of the residence; interacts with the family business office on a variety of matters; runs errands and performs other related tasks.

Because the responsibilities assigned to this role are varied and fast-paced, the successful candidate must be a hands-on “working supervisor” able to demonstrate the skills, dexterity, practical experience, professional competence and interpersonal maturity needed to handle effectively and with ease a wide range of tasks, vendor relationships and personalities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree; 10-15 years directly-related experience; advanced skill with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); and well-developed interpersonal skills. This is a smoke-free environment, and candidates must be non-smokers.
