Executive family in Chicago with a broad portfolio of properties across the U.S. seeks a proven leader with at least ten years of private home experience to take on full management of and oversight for their fully staffed homes. The professional in this newly created position will join the existing leadership team and have broad oversight over construction and project management, capital and operating budgets, and overall maintenance of service standards and household processes.

Necessary qualifications for this opportunity include:

• 10 years or more of private property management experience
• Experience overseeing 5+ properties for previous employers
• Extensive technical knowledge of household systems
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent is required
• Ability to travel extensively to various residences throughout the year

Compensation of up to $350,000 offered, depending on experience.
