An established East Coast family seeks to hire a Director of Properties to oversee a large domestic and international portfolio of properties. This role will be responsible for financial management, budget reporting, staffing, quality control, and service all properties owned by the principals, included residences and recreational properties. The Director will report to the principals and the CEO and will lead a family office team to oversee operations, maintain service levels, and provide high-level financial oversight.

The ideal candidate will have experience working for a private family in a similar high-level management position overseeing a significant range of properties. Professionals with a background in high-end, large-scale hospitality also invited to apply. This position is based in southern Florida; significant extended travel required, both domestic and international, for up to half the year. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree or higher preferred.
