We are looking for a corporate and fund controller with experience in the real estate asset management space. The ideal candidate will have worked with GP/LP fund structures, waterfalls and promotes. You also have experience with YARDI and working in a small team environment. You have experience investing in residential real estate (single and mult-family), you are eager to become a profit participant and have at least 10 years of non-public company experience.
