A large family office based in Greenwich, CT is seeking to hire a senior financial executive who is looking to take a significant step up into a role with broader responsibilities. The CFO will report to the long-term CEO and serve on the broader leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong hands-on financial skillset, Big Four accounting experience with a background in financial and operations oversight, and accounting for hospitality (luxury properties) or significant real estate operations.

The successful professional will have broad audit, reporting, and financial analysis experience and an elite education; this role involves hands-on oversight of the annual operating and capital budgets for a broad portfolio of domestic and international properties spread over multiple continents. Exceptional people and leadership skills that insure successful relationships with the principals, colleagues, external stakeholders, and other key contacts will be vital to this position’s success. You will be equally comfortable in high-level board meetings and working with the principals and their advisors as you are in the field working with the properties teams. You should also enjoy wearing many hats and be able to pivot and adapt smoothly to various business, professional, and family environments. Desired education includes a degree in accounting and an advanced business or finance degree.
