Job Summary:

An established single family office is seeking an analyst to join its office in Palm Beach Gardens, FL to focus on financial/investment systems and reporting.  The family also has an office in Chicago, IL.  This position will report to the Managing Directors of Investments as well as the office's two controllers.

Responsibilities:

This position will support two functional areas within the organization, corporate finance and investment management in developing, managing, and maintaining their financial/investment information systems.
 

• Develop proficiency (understanding and management of) existing finance/investment information systems.
   
• Update and maintain existing databases/data sources.
   
• Maintain and develop finance/investment reports as required.
   
• Maintain, develop, or manage data integration with existing and new analytics tools and models.
   
• Participate in the evaluation, development, and deployment of new finance/investment information systems software, components, models, etc. to improve and enhance existing systems.

• Maintain investment correspondence files and coordinate investment data with internal teams and outside custodian.

• Work with outside custodian on setup of new accounts.

• Review outside custodian quarterly investor level performance reporting.

This person will also:
 

• Conduct, participate in meetings, and work with all operating agents engaged with the program including: family office personnel, third–party investment managers, custodian, accounting/tax firms, legal firms, consultants, bankers, and other service providers as required in support of the information systems.
   
• Develop/make presentations, participate in meetings/discussions/decisions with senior management related to the information management systems.
   

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 Years of experience working with information systems, databases, reporting, and analytical tools (within the Finance/Investment industry preferred).
   
• Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science Preferred.
   
• Programming skills and experience with Python, Java, C.
   
• Fully proficient with Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
