Administrative Assistant (part-time)
Position Summary:
Position provides clerical and administrative support related to daily administration, communication, and correspondence. Part-time (15-20 hours/week) position will be housed at Amway World Headquarters in Ada and will support the Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Place phone calls to confirm current contact information; update electronic and/or paper records accordingly.
- Provide assistance with maintaining accurate contact lists for corporate communication.
- Print labels and assemble cards and other correspondence for mailing.
- Assist with and complete expense reports.
- Complete flight travel logs for all corporate flights.
- Serve as back-up for the Administrator, such as answering phones, emails; sending schedules, reviewing incoming mail, etc.
- Assist with file archiving.
- Carry out special projects and additional duties as directed.
Education and Experience:
- At least five years of clerical or administrative support experience required; some college preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills; excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Good computer skills; proficient in use of the internet, Word, Lotus Notes and Excel.
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proven ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Resourceful in gathering information to effectively communicate.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to lift/transport boxes of approximately thirty (30) pounds, stoop, and bend.
