Caler, Donten, Levine, Cohen, Porter, & Veil, P.A. as a public accounting Firm offers clients tax, audit, family office, and business valuation & litigation services. Located in sunny downtown West Palm Beach, FL.  CDL is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our staff in the dynamic and rapidly growing Multi-Family Office department. As an Accounts Payable Specialist in Family Office you will support the department clients by effectively and efficiently completing tasks such processing check runs, working with vendors, and ensuring timely payments of invoices. An ideal candidate will be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and an analytical thinker.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the full cycle of the accounts payable process including coding, posting, and payments to vendors for multiple clients and entities.
• Complete bank reconciliations in QuickBooks.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and other parties.
• Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity.
• Interact well with diverse levels of employees; collaborative, energized by the open exchange of ideas.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Function well in a fast-paced, high growth environment and a rapidly changing organization.
• Detail oriented and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with QuickBooks; and Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in an accounting discipline.
• 2-3 years’ experience in accounting and payables strongly preferred.
