Accounting Admin/AP

We are currently filling the role of Accounting Admin/AP Clerk to assist in the daily operation of the Accounting Department of the family office. This person will produce daily reports, provide administrative support, and assist with record keeping, inputting invoices, payables and journal entries. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accounts payable invoice entry
  • Accounts payable scanning of invoices and checks
  • Admin filing, organizing and record keeping
  • Record basic journal entries in QuickBooks
  • Export data from QuickBooks
  • Record keeping of bank balances
  • Annual prep of 1099 information
  • Other admin duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using QuickBooks
  • One to two years of Accounts Payable experience

REVENUE/BUDGETARY/STAFF RESPONSIBILITY

  • No budgetary responsibilities
  • No supervision responsibilities
