    Rob Mallernee

    As Chief Executive Officer of Eton Solutions, Rob leads a third-generation wealth management technology firm in developing and offering the most comprehensive, integrated platform for the family office, multi-family office and wealth manager market. The Eton Solutions platform is based upon Rob’s deep domain expertise in wealth management, supplemented by strong systems development and client service teams.

    Prior to Eton Solutions, Rob co-founded a Multi-Family Office, Eton Advisors. This came after he served as head of the UBS Multi-Family Office Group. Earlier in his career, Rob served as a founding principal of the US Trust Multi-Family Office, and before that, as head of the Private Asset Management Group at NC Trust Company, which was sold to US Trust in 1999. He began his career at Arthur Andersen and Price Waterhouse in North Carolina and Chicago, where he was a Senior Tax Manager. His experience is particularly deep in estate and income tax planning, investment advisory services, and complex governance and succession issues.

    Rob co-teaches a graduate-level course, Personal Investing & Wealth Management, at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Rob holds an MBA in International Business & Finance from the University of Chicago and a BS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

    Rob also is an official member of the Forbes Finance Council. Members are selected based on their depth and diversity of experience and are involved in private forum discussions, partnerships and collaborations.

    Aaron Olive

    Aaron Olive is the Vice President of Sales at Eton Solutions, where he leverages his extensive financial services expertise to drive growth and deliver innovative solutions to family offices. With a background as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and significant experience in financial consulting and product management, Aaron brings a deep understanding of the complexities that ultra-high-net-worth families face.

    Since joining Eton Solutions, Aaron has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Product Management and Director of Sales. His ability to align technology with client needs has made him instrumental in helping family offices optimize operations using AtlasFive®, Eton's integrated software platform. Aaron's consultative approach ensures that clients receive tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.

    Prior to his tenure at Eton Solutions, Aaron worked in financial services consulting roles at Infosys Consulting and PwC, where he specialized in banking and capital markets. His experience spans financial reporting, assurance, and automation, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on operational efficiency and technology integration.

    His commitment to delivering value-driven solutions, combined with his passion for innovation, continues to strengthen Eton Solutions' commitment to empowering family offices with cutting-edge technology.

    MICHAEL BALLARD | Director of Intelligence

    Michael currently manages Global Guardian's intelligence network with international partners. He is responsible for providing clients with Global Guardian's intelligence report updates and real-time alerts. Prior to joining the Global Guardian team, Michael was the former lead intelligence analyst for the North American region at UnitedHealth group. He holds a Master's Degree in International Affairs from the University of Kentucky, and Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Mary Washington.

    CHUCK COSTANZA | Executive Vice President of Client Engagement

    As the Executive Vice President of Client Engagement at Global Guardian, Chuck helps corporate clients identify and mitigate risks associated with their foreign and domestic business operations—and assists in the implementation of a full range of duty of care services, emergency and medical response, and other custom security solutions. Leveraging his expertise, he provides organizations with risk mitigation strategies, ensuring the safety and security of their personnel and safeguarding their business interests worldwide.

    Previously, Chuck was a senior advisor at the US Department of State, providing strategic assessments of how climate will shape America’s security, to include emergent geopolitical threats as well as energy and water access issues.

    Prior to entering the government, Chuck led a boutique consultancy specializing in economic and political risk assessments and market entry strategies for climate-related products and renewable energy solutions. His consultancy catered to a diverse clientele, advising on climate risk insurance, biofuels, high- performance enzymes, and energy efficiency initiatives. Chuck’s experience also includes his tenure as a Senior Project Manager at the World Bank, where he led a team to conduct the first three privatizations of Ukrainian collective farms.

    Having spent nearly two decades as an expatriate in Europe and the Former Soviet Union, Chuck deeply understands diverse cultures and markets. His global perspective and experience have honed his ability to manage risks across borders and navigate complex geopolitical landscapes.

    Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master of Arts degree from Harvard University.

    SPENCER TADKEN | Vice President of Operations

    Spencer Tadken is a seasoned security and intelligence professional with over 15 years of experience spanning military, intelligence, and private sector operations. A former CIA Security Agent and U.S. Army Infantry Officer, Ranger qualified, Spencer brings elite tactical and strategic expertise to global risk management and protective operations.

    As Vice President of Operations at Global Guardian, Spencer oversees all domestic and international security operations for a rapidly growing security services firm. He leads a team of more than 100 personnel and manages relationships with over 200 global security vendors. Collaborating closely with Fortune 500 Chief Security Officers, Spencer designs and implements comprehensive, cost-effective security programs, while also driving innovation and operational scale across the organization.

    Previously, Spencer served as a Security Agent with the Central Intelligence Agency, where he planned and executed high-threat protective operations around the world. He was frequently deployed in support of sensitive missions, where he developed new operational strategies and supervised over 300 operators in overseas assignments.

    Spencer began his career in the U.S. Army, where he served in a variety of leadership roles, including as a combat Platoon Leader in Afghanistan. He later transitioned to military intelligence and operations management, overseeing the readiness and development of large teams of soldiers. His military service culminated in the rank of Captain and numerous commendations.

    He holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Criminology from the University of Maryland and is a Military Distinguished Graduate. Spencer has completed rigorous professional training, including U.S. Army Ranger School, multiple insider threat and cybersecurity certifications, and tactical development courses through the CIA. He also holds a TS/SCI clearance.
