G1 built a family business in aerospace manufacturing. G1 and G2 family members have been investing in industrial and multifamily real estate across the US for more than 3 decades and in early stage private companies since 2012. In 2017, the family built an innovation lab and leveraged their experience as investors in coworking/coliving companies to optimize revenues per square foot and reduce vacancies.
