About the Family
The project is sposored by Calamar, a 30 year old national real estate platform that is veritcally integrated, and the second largest owner and operator of active adult senior housing in the United States. Calamar is one of the primary holdings of Channel Marker Holdings, the MFO of the Franasiak family. Channel Marker's mission is to enrich the lives we touch through inovative and creative solutions. Channel Marker is located in the Buffalo/Niagara Region of Western New York, where the family has called home for five generations. Calamar has have been a proud, long standing member of FOX for almost a decade. Mr. Franasiak sits on various FOX councils.
