Overview
The Springs Living and its development partner, PMB LLC, are excited about the development plan on the Columbia River waterfront in Vancouver, WA. The project includes 250 IL/AL/MC senior housing units within the Waterfront Master Development, which will include retail, apartments, office space, restaurants and hotels. The project offers spectacular views and will encompass 12 stories above grade and two levels of below grade parking. The Springs Living has executed on many other senior housing communities with their REIT partner and is looking for an additional equity partner.
About the Family
The Springs Living was conceived in 1996 as a solution to Founder and CEO Fee Stubblefield’s personal quest to find a great place for his grandmother to live comfortably with dignity, and where her family would feel welcome. Today, The Springs Living is headquartered in McMinnville, Oregon, and owns and operates 18 senior living communities across Oregon and Montana.
