Kaztex is an Operational Family Office that meaningfully engages in all of its portfolio company investments. In addition to board-level leadership, brothers Mike & Dave Kasdorf enjoy rolling up their sleeves & getting to work alongside their operating partners. Across their portfolio of investments they have led many projects including designing and launching new products, implementing ERP systems, roadmapping sales development plans, corporate M&A activity, and managing facilities construction. Mike has even served as one company’s interim President during a leadership transition.
The Kasdorf brothers have been investing in, and successfully growing, small businesses over the last 10 years. They bring a values-based passion for strong leadership, disciplined business practices, quality products, and a growth mindset. Mike has a BA from Wheaton College (IL) and an MBA from Marquette University. Dave has a BA from Calvin College (MI), an MBA from Carroll University, and is a CFA® charterholder. They both reside, and run Kaztex, from the western suburbs of Milwaukee, WI.
