Stabilized Retail RE Opportunity - Grafton, Wisconsin
We are seeking 1-3 LP members to invest in a retail regional power center in Grafton, WI. The property is located approximately 20 miles north of Milwaukee directly off the 1-43 north freeway. The property is a multi-tenant retail shopping center with an exceptional tenant mix of junior boxes and small shops, shadowed anchored by best in class big box tenant, Costco. The center primarily serves the north shore Milwaukee suburbs as well as Ozaukee county. The overall center encompasses approximately 236,000 square feet of retail synergy. We have owned this center since the beginning of 2018 working through the term risk and re-tenanting several of the tenants thus creating a more stabilized asset. One of our core investors would like to sell their interest in the deal so we are looking to take in new equity to replace theirs.
