CALAMAR LIFESTYLE SENIOR HOUSING FUND, LLC
Investment objective: Provide investors with equity ownership in a portfolio of senior residential properties. Senior housing has been, and is expected to continue to be, one of America’s fastest growing and most stable real property market segments. The senior residential properties to be invested in will generally be new development projects, but investment in mature senior residential properties may also be considered. These new projects will experience a construction and lease-up phase and therefore will not generate a positive yield until the properties achieve substantial occupancy levels. The holders of equity ownership interests in the portfolio are expected to receive returns in the form of both capital appreciation and participation in distributions of available cash flow once these properties approach occupancy stabilization.

Investment Size: A total of $25,000,000 in capital contributions is expected to be raised by the Fund for investment in senior residential projects, inclusive of the cash and in-kind property contributions to the Fund to be made by the Managing Member or its affiliates.
