We are invested in a company utilizing blockchain technology to deliver solutions that permit the frictionless and instantaneous trading, settlement, collateralization and clearing of transactions in both traditional currencies and cryptocurrencies and other cryptoassets.

The company has already developed and is in the process of rolling out:

• a blockchain-based payment system for banks, other financial instutitions and corporations to settle payments and currency transactions anywhere in the world;

• an electronic exchange for the institutional trading of cryptocurrencies and cryptoassets;

• an index of cryptocurrencies to be licensed to investment managers, institutional and retail investors; and

• forward contracts in cryptocurrencies to be fully regulated by the CFTC and eventually rolled out to include other cryptoassets.

We believe the company will play a leading role in the application of blockchain technology to payment systems globally as well as the pricing, trading and clearing of cryptoassets worldwide.

Having been funded internally to date by two family offices, including ours, and certain carefully selected leading blockchain investors, the company is now undertaking a $15M capital-raise with external investors for growth purposes. The company is already enjoying revenue growth with existing bank and institutional investor relationships and now wishes to significantly ramp up the sales and marketing of its capabilities.
