We are an experienced rental housing operated based in Florida, and have been in the business since 2008. We have been recognized by Harvard Business School for our innovative and technology-driven approach in single-family home rental housing and have transacted on over $1 Billion in the space since inception. 

We have decided to target another $1 Billion of investments in the single family home rental space over the next 3 years. We only buy newly built housing stock from builders across the Southeast, and have proven this model with very attractive risk-adjusted returns. 

We have attracted a few large onshore and offshore LP's who wanted to invest with us. Their investments are a minimum of $25 Million and each investor has their own special purpose entity (SPE). In essence, every investor has their own pool of rental assets which they hold title own and own, and we manage under a promote-driven structure. 

We are looking to raise $50 Million of Co-GP capital to invest alongside these limited partners. We will invest $5-10 Million and will raise the rest of the GP capital.
