Mohamed Nadar, CEO of a UK based Family Office, illustrates the complexities of coordinating the strategic direction and expansion of a Family Enterprise across multiple jurisdictions. He will present key learning gained from the evolution of one family’s business and wealth as it has spread from their original center in the Middle East, expanding to London and beyond. The practices that will be shared transcend geographic borders and apply to any family with multiple households upon whom the ultimate success of the family rests. Participants will learn:

- The approach one family office uses to engage family members in a multi faceted system
- Key considerations when implementing processes that unite the Family, Business and Family Office
- How to promote efficient and effective communication within a global and multi-jurisdictional family
