Every family is challenged to find ways to engage the rising generation in learning about the family enterprise and how to live well with their wealth. Those who have had the most success have found fun, experiential ways to “meet each learner in the family where he/she is” in terms of interest, aptitude, and experience with a mix of one-on-one, group, and peer learning opportunities sprinkled throughout the year. In this session, Mindy Earley will outline the reasons why this approach and crafting individual learning plans for each learner in your family can help you meet your learning goals and, ultimately, cultivate a learning culture in your family.
