For families engaging in strategic planning, the proverbial questions remain the same… What does the rising generation need to know? How do we deliver that? What should we expect from them? Intentional families consider these questions for years. Others, due to unexpected life events, are rushed to get the rising gen members up to speed and ready to serve. This webinar will cover the basic components of a family learning program, including what important topics should be addressed at what life stage milestones. Help to ensure rising generation members are held accountable, meeting expectations and on a path to becoming a responsible owner and steward of wealth. With practical examples from member families, we’ll unpack basic tenets and learning experiences that accumulate into a list of expectations for the rising generation beyond curriculum and courses, that include life experiences and lessons as well.

Mindy Earley is Chief Learning Officer for Family Office Exchange. In her role, she works to foster integrated learning programs for enterprise families and is responsible for developing the family learning community. She provides support to the Family Learning and Experience Council and FOX Family Learning Network. Mindy is inspired by helping people learn, grow and discover the way that they will make personal and productive contributions, using their strengths and talents.
Mindy has held various roles in small and large family offices and has been responsible for creating and stewarding professional learning networks in support of human and intellectual capital. She has designed learning experiences that increase the knowledge base and enhance the life path of individuals while providing personalized support and coaching to help them meet their goals.
